Hi, I live in the UK and am about to pay to rent at car at Cairns Airport. I have two cards I use for holidays and which one I use depends on the currency I am charged in so please can you tell me what am I paying in £ or will it be converted into AUD?

It will be converted locally in AUS for your convenience , but ultimately it will be charged in your credit card issuers denomination.. so GBP

ok so the booking is saying £129.84 so that is what I will pay on my card?

Cheers, another question I do not drive so it is being booked in my husbands name but the card is in my name does this matter?

In this case you have to put you down yourself as the main driver when you book online, and add him as an additional driver.
